THE PLT COLLIDED WITH POWER LINES AS HE TURNED TO FLY BACK TO RELOAD THE ACFT. THE PLT MADE A STATEMENT THAT HE DID NOT SEE THE WIRES IN THE TREES. THE PLT DID NOT FILE AN ACCIDENT REPORT.
