THE THROTTLE WOULD NOT CLOSE DURING LANDING. THE PILOT TRIED BRAKES AND THEN ELEVATOR AS THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER. THERE WAS NO INDICATION OF TRYING TO STOP THE ENGINE BY OTHER MEANS (SWITCH, MIXTURE, ETC).
