THE PILOT STATED THAT ENGINE LOST POWER WHILE OVER THE OCEAN WATERS AND THE PILOT WAS FORCED TO DITCH THE PLANE. THE PILOT AND PASSENGER WERE RESCUED BY A YACHT IN THE VICINITY OF THE CRASH SITE. THE AIRCRAFT SANK AND THE WRECKAGE WAS NOT RECOVERED.
