PILOT STATED HE LOST POWER ON LEFT ENGINE DURING TAKEOFF SO HE ELECTED TO ABORT. THE ACFT LANDED HARD OFF THE END OF RUNWAY AND COLLAPSED ALL LANDING GEAR.
