THE PILOT RETURNED TO LAND ON A LAKE AFTER MAKING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS AT AN AIRPORT. HE STATED THAT HE MADE A WATER LANDING WITH THE GEAR EXTENDED. DURING TOUCHDOWN, THE AMPHIBIOUS AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER.
