WHEN PILOT EXTENDED GEAR FOR LANDING A FIRE STARTED. THE FIRE CONTINUED AFTER LANDING AND PILOT WAS UNABLE TO EXTINGUISH IT. FIRE DEPARTMENT ARRIVED WITHIN 30 MINUTES BUT AIRCRAFT WAS DESTROYED.
