THE STUDENT PILOT PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT AND SWERVED OFF THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT THEN CONTACTED A FENCE AND NOSED OVER.
