N9914K HAD DEPARTED VERMILLION BLOCK 64 AT ABOUT 1010 ENROUTE TO VERMILLION BLOCK 60. THE COLLISION OCCURRED ABOUT 24 MI SW OF INTERCOASTAL CITY, LA.
